Pros: Pleasantly surprised. Cons: I had pre-bought a ticket and heard that there weren't assigned seats (fine with me) but that if it had been crowded and I had not been at the station early enough (but still early), I might not be let on as there may not have been enough room when people buy as they are boarding. That wouldn't have been fine with me. If someone pre-buys they should get a seat on the bus if they are there on time, they shouldn't be told they can't travel! Tips: Get there early enough to make sure you get a seat.

Pros: On time, friendly driver who was being trained, room to sit alone and put belongings next to me, love the outlet and phone charger features. Cons: Union Station Denver…always tough to figure out which is the correct gate for the bus to Buena vista, CO. It’s never marked. Always have to ask the driver when bus pulls up. Tips: Buy ticket in advance and print out if taking Bustang. Bus can be full (although rare) & they take pre-paid passengers first.
