FlixBus US
Pros: The convenient location. We took a train up to NY and the bus station is right next to the Amtrak station. Cons: The parking lot needs a more organization with more clear marking. Though the lot is not large, but a clear sign/guidance can avoid many questions asked which is "which one is my bus", "when will my bus get here", etc.

Pros: Left on time, pretty comfy and clean. Cons: The bus # in the trip notice did not appear on the actual bus. A notice board near the bus spaces would be helpful. WiFi QR code didn't resolve. I could manage my suitcase but there was no obvious way to ask for help if I'd needed it.
