Greyhound

Pros: Being able to exchange my ticket for another travel time. Cons: Greyhound in ATL needs to improve there bus system. Some coworkers led costumers in assumption that their bus wasn’t there and ended up missing it. (Me). Tips: This app is great! Make sure you print before you get to the bus station. Get to your station 30 mins before departure. If you have a question or unsure of something ASK!! Also, use the rest room before you board the bus/ get to the bus station that way you’ll be alert and won’t miss your call to board.
