The bus could have been a little cleaner, and the driver was a little short but that might have just been his job.

The staff interaction could have been improved. Travelers were new to the town and the staff didn’t announce the stops. When asked in person he seemed to be busy working on some other tracking things. One lady needed help with her check in , staff didn’t guide her well....More
