I was very nervous to be going on a bus trip, especially given the things I had heard about BoltBus. But I was very pleasantly surprised; the bus was on time and clean, and there was even wifi and free movies.
Cons
I had trouble finding the bus stop in Seattle because there wasn't very good signage.
