Pros: The diver was nice and very funny which made the time we spent waiting for a draw bridge and stuck in bad traffic pas easily and without much notice. The seat was fairly comfortable and the plug ins to charge your phone on the trip are a nice feature. Cons: I couldn't put the arm rest to my left in the vertical position which made trying to sleep leaning against the side of the bus difficult. That could have been me not knowing how to raise it properly though and it didn't bother me that much. Tips: If you intend to sleep on the bus I would advise a neck pillow.
