Pros: Customer support at the VA location was great. I have some back and shoulder pain. When my friend asked they immediately put me on the cart, with my luggage and drove me to the waiting train,. Cons: The conductor at the car wasn’t interested in letting me get on even though the customer support had already spoken to an agent. She held up everyone getting on and wouldn’t help with my bags. The other person did. Tips: Ask for assistance if needed.
