Pros: No time was wasted. Driver persevered in spite of adverse traffic conditions. I missed an earlier bus due to some crazy traffic and the staff readily rescheduled my trip to the next bus for a small fee. Cons: Maybe a stop in New Jersey to avoid New York City downtown traffic. Tips: It’s a China town bus operating on razor thin margins and low overhead, so don’t go about expecting phone chargers on the bus or for the staff to go out of their way to cater to your hangups. These are some of the hardest working people you will see in your life. Their contact number listed on Google picks up readily. The one on the ticket doesn’t seem to be staffed.
