Pros: Last step to ground is too high for those of us with short legs or using walking assistive devices (crutches, canes, walkers). I'd told the Myrtle Beach to Norfolk driver of my difficulty boarding. Ended up falling on my knees and hands trying to exit the bus at its final stop. Fellow passengers helped me. The driver was busy unloading luggage. Cons: Have a platform or step as the Port Authority in New York City has to shorten the distance from final bus step to ground when there isn't a curb to shorten the distance. Tips: Caution if needed assistance to board or exit.
