Pros: It was a good trip with great service with the Red Caps. Thank God they are there to help whomever needs or wants them. But crucial for the elderly! I loved the quiet car! Cons: Cannot think of anything. Tips: Get there early, if you are elderly you get to board the train first and that is very helpful.
