Pros: The immediate response I received from wanderu, the kindness and assistance I received from the staff and crew. Cons: Just a little more assistance for the elderly when trying to place their bag in or removing them from the overhead shekf or just reaching it because you're short. Tips: Be kind and pleasant to the crew members and others and they will be just as kind and heloful to you and your needs.
