Cons: Thank you for the opportunity to speak. I would be willing to pay extra for seats when booking my reservation. Sometimes it is difficult to get seats together when traveling with family. The Wi-Fi worked just fine. Why don't the company give the staff a vest to wear so the company would look better. I say vest because the cost would be less, no shirts or jackets because the price would be much higher. Make a phone number available for travelers who want to call to make changes to their ticket(s) where it will not be any problems. Also, for those of us who take the bus often, create a card so when making reservation one only has to show the card. Tips: There should be a pick-up and drop-off in downtown Brooklyn. Example: When the bus come through Staten Island cross the Varrzanne Bridge they could easy make a stop downtown Brooklyn and let passengers off. m Think about it.
