Pros: Our trip was just lovely & our driver was a total gentleman as well as a GREAT DRIVER!! We felt very safe & had no hold ups, except about 30 minutes crossing the border to Canada for Customs & Immigration & that was done very efficiently & our driver explained hoe it would be done… Cons: It would be nice to have a cup of tea or coffee on the bus… We had soda with us, but a hot tea & a few cookies would have been lovely!! 3 hrs is a long time without a cup of tea for an Irish woman!! Tips: We had 2 passengers behind us at the back of the bus who talked LOUDLY for the full 3 hrs & we couldn’t sleep…. It would be nice if passengers would be considerate of their neighbors & keep their voices low…. We got on the bus at 9pm, which is past our bedtime as we are from North Carolina & it was just after midnight when we arrived in Vancouver…. That was 3am & when you’re in your 70’s & need to sleep or rest, it was very annoying to have to listen to 2 people talking loudly & disrupting everyone rest time close to them 😡 😡🙏🏻.

Instructions on where to get on the bus could be clearer for first timers.
