Pros: I have mobility problems I seat and they send me spacious site was comfy for me. Cons: The people from Amtrak need be more helpful because when I have to get out in rochester i have tell some one not from staff call the lady from the staff to help me my back is in pain because I force to carrie my walker out tarin. Tips: Amtrak need bottom to push call for help for people with disabilities like me. Thank you.

Pros: This is the first time the train come delay for more than 5 hours. Cons: Don't know maybe more trains if one broke another one in position to do the route. Tips: Anything can happen, so be prepared for that. 😁.

The Amtrak Station on Cleveland Memorial Shoreway is directly adjacent to the NFL Browns’ FirstEnergy Stadium and the expansive Lake Erie beyond. Opened in 2017, the Louise M. Slaughter Station Rochester is nearly brand new. It serves three Amtrak train lines: the Lake Shore Limited, the Empire Service, and the Maple Leaf. The station was renamed Louise M. Slaughter Station in honor of U.S. Representative Louise M. Slaughter, who died in March 2018. This intermodal transit station is connected to the rest of the area via transit buses and taxis. Spread across 9,500 square feet, Louise M. Slaughter Station has a classic red brick design, with cast stone and granite used in various places. At the station, you will find an indoor waiting area with plenty of seats. There are also several vending machines, an ATM, and restroom facilities.
