Pros: I like that the driver interacted with the passengers. It was a short trip, 3hrs, so there was no need to stop, but driver offered opportunity to use the rest rooms while he fueled the bus. Cons: The directions on where to get the bus were not very clear. This should have been clarified. In the ticket there was gas station 76, when we called, we were told 200 Ward Strasse. Many passengers were confused on the pick-up spot, especially those like us who were returning by bus and came by train. Tips: I did not use WIFI this time No tips for travelers except what I mentioned above, applies to all.
