I think my favorite thing the bus driver did was make an annoucement about not being too loud since it was a late night trip. a man sitting in front of me kept talking loud on the phone. bus driver immediately corrected the man and i truly appreciate that because bro was mad loud. more drivers need to be like him and stand up to customers not being courteous

Pros: Fast, easy travel. Cons: I ended up paying $30 more than expected because I booked last minute. Tips: Book your trip earlier and arrive 15-20 before.

Pros: The driver was safe, accurate and punctual. Cons: The passengers. One was drunk even with his wife and kids and was talking loudly on his phone threathening another rider , I had my kids and 70 year old mom right next to him! That was scary. Tips: Check if people are drunk.

Pros: I was truly impressed by the driver, in addition, when we arrived in NYC, he continues to give directions to passengers who needed additional info. Cons: Stakeholders most definitely need to ERECT 🚌 adequate waiting area for passengers, especially during the ⛱️ summer/❄️ winter....cud do with workers to assist with heavy bags, especially for seniors!!!! Tips: distributions of maps for tourists.

The bus was 10 minutes late. There is no destination sign on the bus so we had to run to every bus arriving on the bus stop to ask if it was the bus to our destination! The bus driver was very rude and didn't answer us at all! We had to ask 3 times to receive the answer: "just a minute"! He could just say "New york city"!

Pros: I came to Philadelphia visit my family. But i was about a lot of things and i forgot my carry-on on the bus from NY to Philadelphia on Friday night. The bus left Port Autorithy at 7:30pm and arrived at Spring Garden/PA at 10pm or aroung this. My carry-on is light green, from Eddie Bauer brand. I open a request at 11pm on Friday and i didn't received any message about it. The bus is from Greyhound. Cons: Somenone needs to know where is lost and found itens, where is the garage's bus. No one from Greyhoung bus knows everything about it. Tips: Be careful with your itens, they don't have minimum informations about anything (Greyhound team), even customer services, the office in Spring Garden.
